This was a good company at one time. We used them on three of our properties in the past and they were fine. Recently though we have found bill rose pump service to be rude and hostile to deal with and over priced. We will not consider them for jobs in the future.

Chris, We realize that we can’t please everyone all the time. We can only do our best and we try to do that everyday. It would have been nice and FAIR to our company for you to have called and given us a chance to fix or try to work something out with whatever has upset you so much. The only job I show for this name was back in 2001, not even sure if you are the same person.
Follow their advice and recommendations and you will never need to call them a second time. They are fair and honest, and if you take their advice, you won’t talk to them again, except to thank them! No pump or well service is “cheap”, but the perceived goal is that if they don’t hear from you again, they did the their job. They take time to provide information to ensure your money spent is worth it, and aren’t afraid of those that tell them “no” for their business. That is a real business partner, one who isn’t afraid to deliver bad news, but provides lifetime solutions to temporary problems. Call and have NO regrets. Unabashedly honest and desperately seeking non repeat business for the best customer service that can be delivered. No service calls means EXCELLENT job well done. Thank you Bill Rose Pump!!

Our pump on our livestock well failed. They came out on a cold Monday morning to repair the pump. Provided fast repair, were very reasonable with prices and stood behind their work. Shows you they really care about customer service.

Came home from work and our water was not working ,the next morning I called Bill Rose pump service an they came out no questions about if we could pay or not .they had to put in a new pump for our well,never one time did they ask if I had the money,nicest people I have Ever dealt with at a business,we now have water ,our old pump was 25 yrs old ,,thanks guys y’all rock the pump business 😁

I have learned more about home wells the past 2 months than I ever wanted to know, but the most important thing is that if you need help with one… call these guys. Bill Rose Pump. I have had 5 tries from another company and still no water. Amazing how doing it right improves things. Thank you Kevin and Mark for doing things right. So nice to work with them.

So grateful for how quick they got our pump replaced! It is a necessity to have water when you are supplying it for 35 RV’s and campers. We called them when they opened on Thursday, before Labor Day weekend, at 7:30a.m. and we had water by 1:00p.m. That is the kind of service that has been lost over generations! Thank you!!
